Deep+ costs $5.00 per query (16 parallel agents, ~1 minute). There are no subscriptions or monthly fees — you only pay for what you use.

Yes. Every new account receives a $5.00 signup bonus — enough for 10 Quick queries, 2 Deep queries, or 1 Deep+ query. No credit card is required to sign up and start researching.

Follow-up questions on a completed research report are free. After your initial research is delivered, you can ask clarifying or follow-up questions at no additional cost. Only new research queries are charged.

You can top up your balance via Stripe Checkout in four tiers: $10 (no bonus), $25 (includes a $5 bonus — $30 total), $50 (includes a $15 bonus — $65 total), and $100 (includes a $40 bonus — $140 total). The larger the top-up, the bigger the bonus. Manage your balance on the billing page.

Timing depends on the tier. Quick queries complete in approximately 30 seconds. Deep queries take around 30 seconds. Deep+ queries, which deploy 16 parallel agents, take about 1 minute. Results stream in real time so you can start reading before the full report is finished.

Probe AI agents search the open web and X/Twitter in real time. This includes news sites, blogs, forums, academic repositories, government databases, social media posts, and more. Real time. Probe uses xAI's Grok model, which has live X/Twitter access built in — not cached training data. When you query "what is CT saying about $SOL right now," Probe's agents are pulling actual recent tweets and threads, not content from the model's training corpus. This is why crypto traders use Probe instead of ChatGPT or Perplexity: those tools literally cannot access X/Twitter, while Probe reads the timeline as you research.

Quick ($0.50) uses a single AI agent with medium reasoning depth — ideal for fast factual lookups and simple questions. Deep ($2.00) uses multiple agents with high reasoning — suited for market analysis, competitive research, and multi-faceted topics. Deep+ ($5.00) deploys 16 parallel agents with maximum reasoning depth — designed for comprehensive due diligence, investigative research, and complex topics requiring exhaustive coverage.

Yes. Every research report can be exported in 5 formats: PDF, Word (DOCX), Excel (XLSX), HTML, and Markdown. You can also share a read-only link that anyone can view without a Probe account. Your complete research history is saved and accessible from your dashboard at any time.

Your research queries and results are stored in encrypted databases with Row Level Security (RLS), meaning only you can access your own data. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. We do not use tracking cookies or sell your data to third parties. Yes. You can delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page. Account deletion removes your profile, research history, collections, and any remaining credit balance. Deletion is processed within 30 days.
