By creating a Probe AI account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Probe AI. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Probe AI is an AI-powered deep research platform that uses multiple AI agents to search the web and social media, synthesizing findings into structured research reports. Research quality and availability depend on third-party data sources and AI model capabilities.
You agree not to use Probe AI to:
Probe AI operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted when you run research queries. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:
Credit balances do not expire. Pricing for research tiers (Quick: $0.50, Deep: $2, Deep+: $5) may change with notice. Existing credit balances will be honored at the tier prices in effect when credits were purchased.
Research reports generated by Probe AI are provided for your use. You may use, share, and publish the reports you generate. However, the Probe AI platform, brand, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of Probe AI.
Research reports may contain information sourced from third-party websites and social media. Probe AI does not claim ownership of third-party content and provides source citations for attribution.
Probe AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Research reports are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or incomplete analysis. You should independently verify critical findings before making decisions based on research reports.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Probe AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Probe AI in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless termination is initiated by us without cause.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Probe AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
